June 21, 2009 - It seemed more like kids day than Father's Day as all the attention was on the little ones. Today the family enjoyed wonderful homemade chicken parmesan in celebration of Father's Day.
May 24, 2009 - The Treudes were at Uncle Jack's today for a party to kick-off the summer season. Many other friends and family were on hand to enjoy the festivities as well.
COUSIN KELLY TIES THE KNOT
May 15, 2009 - It's official, Cousin Kelly Betzal(a) finally married the love of her life, Tim Mc Hugh tonight. The ceremony took place on the beach in Brigantine NJ. The Betzal(a)'s and Joslins jammed well into the wee hours of the night and a great time was had by all. Congrats Cousins Kelly and Tim.
3rd ANNUAL DENNY TREUDE GOLF TOURNAMENT
May 9, 2009 - Thanks to all for another fantastic event this year. The 2009 Denny Treude Jr. Golf Memorial was a great day with 108 golfers in attendance, another 20 at the luncheon, and more than 50 doorprizes made this another successful mission.
In total, a $5,000 check has been sent to St. Frances Cabrini school. This $5K represents the proceeds from this event and will be added to the running total for the General Scholaship Fund, which is for parents in need of tuition assistance.
As a reminder, the outing next year will be on May 8, 2010.

April 12, 2009 - The Treude Kids celebrated Easter Sunday morning with Cousin Ben today and then headed to Aston to enjoy a wonderful dinner and Grand mom and Grand pop's. The kids got to meet the Betzal's new cat today. She was a stray and her name is now Lucy at the request of Erin. Although this cat does look like Ashes, rest assure this one is friendly. April 4, 2009 - Aunt Jill helped the kids dye some Easter Eggs today. The most painful part of this process for Colin was waiting for them to dry.

March 28, 2009 - The kids came into Aston today to check out their Easter Egg Hunt and a few of Uncle Jack's firetrucks. It was little cold and rainy but the Treudes were happy to be out of the house.

March 27, 2009 - Little Sarah was in "The Wizard of Oz" play tonight and starred as a munchkin. Erin, Colin and Mommy went to see this production and all agreed she should be nominated for a Tony Award.

March 20, 2009 - Last night, Colin took a little fall and banged his head on a bookshelf. It looked as though it needed a stitch or two so him and mommy went to the local ER to see the Doctor. Colin did get a sticker for being a good boy at the hospital.

February 23, 2009 - The Betzal's went out tonight to celebrate Uncle Jack's birthday. Daddy also had a birthday last week but could not attend this Outback celebration due to a work function. Happy birthday daddy and Uncle Jack!
A JUNGLE WEDDING WITH AN AMERICAN CELEBRATION
January 31, 2009 - Mommy's best friend, Bridget McCoy, was married in the jungles of Ecuador last month. Today, Bridget and her husband Hector, celebrated their new marriage in the states at Pace One Restaurant. Congratulations Bridget and Hector Fierro.
ANOTHER COUSINS WEEKEND
January 23-25, 2009 - Mommy's cousins gathered for the 13th straight year for their annual Cousins Weekend in Poconos. Of course everyone had fun with the usual shenanigans of drinking jenga, chinese pollyanna and the rubber banded kitchen faucet.
SNOW DAY - NO SCHOOL FOR ERIN AND COLIN
January 28, 2009 - Erin and Colin were up early listening on the radio for their school to be called off today. As soon as they heard it, they all jumped for joy because they knew they could stay home and spend more time with mommy.
HISTORY MAKING DAY
January 20, 2009 - This day must be marked in history for the Treude kids. Barack Hussein Obama was sworn in today as the nation's 44th president and the first African American ever to hold the office. The kids may be too young to remember but they will be able to look back and know they were already born on this history making day. Colin loves to chant “OBAMA” especially in front of Republican family members. Best of luck Mr. President and so long George W. Bush.

MAKIN MUSIC 2009
January 5, 2009 - Today it was time to start some more Makin Music. This was the first one Casey was old enough to enjoy and the kids had a great time playing and dancing. Afterwards, Erin and Coln put on another Mickey and Minnie show for Uncle Jack back at the house.
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS 2008 - COME ON IN TO SEE THE PICTURES
December 24th - 31st, 2008 - The kids first spotted Santa on a few days before Christmas at the Acme. On Christmas Eve, Jolly Ol St. Nick was spotted atop Fire Engine #44 out front. Santa was helped off the engine and into a neighbor’s house where Erin and Colin told Santa what they wanted. After the cookies were done baking, the Treude’s went to bed anxious to receive their gifts in the a.m. Colin’s first reaction when he walked downstairs on Christmas morning was one of disgust. He could not believe Santa ate ALL of his cookies without sharing. Santa made up for his lack of cookie sharing by bringing LOTS of fun toys for the kids.
Later in the day, the Treude's met up with Uncle Jack at Grand-mom and Grand-pop’s house to receive even more gifts. After that, mommy swung by Aunt Linda's to see some of the cousins.
On Friday it was time to visit the Treude’s. The family headed to Cousin Ben’s house for even more gifts. Pop-Pop, Aunt Jill and Uncle Doug were also there.
On Saturday, the Treude’s packed the car again to attend the Betzal/Betzala/Joslin family party at Aunt Dawn and Uncle Dave’s house. As you wills see, Uncle Jack was there in spirit.
On New Years Eve, the Timar’s visited to help ring in the New Year.
The Treude kids also managed a visit to see Aunt Evie. Thanks for hosting Aunt Evie, we had fun visiting.

December 20, 2008 - Today, the Treude kids celebrated grand-moms birthday while at home. After dinner and cake, Erin and Colin wanted to do a Mickey and Minnie show for grand-mom. Unfortunately, less than one minute into the show, Ms. Erin injured herself as she was rolling on the floor. See that video here. Take two almost happened but instead Erin and Colin were on a sugar high and, well let's just say Colin sustained a little head injury and Erin received a time out. December 6 , 2008 - The twins will be turning 3 on the 8th but the celebration was well underway today. Pop-pop Treude lead the gang in singing the Happy Birthday Song and all the guests enjoyed a wonderful cake with lots of saliva. November, 2008 - Here are some recent pictures of the 1st snowfall in Springfield this year. Erin and Colin love the snow. Casey is also walking but only if you don't ask her to, if you ask her to walk, she will ask you for your hand. So folks, I guess you will just have to take our word for it for the time being. November 27, 2008 - Erin, Colin, Casey and Ben showed up with their big appetites today to Pop-Pop's for Thanksgiving dinner. Colin was ordered to eat last so that there would be enough food for everyone else. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. ALSO, there is a rumor on facebook that Casey is walking without assistance. If this is true, maybe mommy or daddy will capture this on video so we can share it with all of you, our loyal viewers?
39TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY DINNER
November 23, 2008 -The Treude Clan, along with the McGough Family, came to Uncle Jack’s today to celebrate grand mom and grand pop’s wedding anniversary. We are very close to teaching Casey how to walk without assistance but are still falling short with the training. She was ordered back on the treadmill so please check back after Thanksgiving. October 31, 2008 - Colin Treude got on the train early today to go to Broad Street in Philly along with 2.5 million other Phillies fans. Today was the celebration of the 1st Philadelphia championship in 25 years and there was no way the Treudes were not going to represent. September 28 , 2008 - Erin and Colin met Elmo for the 1st time today. They both agreed he is much bigger in real life then he is on TV.

September 19, 2008 - Grandmom and Grandpop treated the Treude Kids to a day at the Philly Zoo today. The kids love the animals.

September 17, 2008 - Erin and Colin started pre-school today. The twins are going for one moring a week this semester. After mommy left and the tears cleared, Erin and Colin settled down and enjoyed drawing, playing and of course snack time.
